Sending Emails via DP to Kommo

The widget allows you to configure the sending of emails by trigger from the Digital Pipeline.

All templates are selected from standard Kommo templates.
To create a template, you need to:
1. Log in to Kommo mail
2. Settings
3. Create a template
After that it can be selected in our widget

When sending, the letter template is specified, the lead / contact/ company field from where you will need to get an E-mail to send the letter. At the end of the list, you can specify a custom E-mail.

The last list is intended to indicate the mail from which the letter will be sent. The mail must be linked to Kommo.
configuring the widget
1. Go to the pipeline settings
2. Click "+Add Trigger"
3. Find through the search "Sending emails"
4. Click "Add"
  • Select"Execute"
  • Choose a ready-made "Letter Template"
  • Select the "Email field"
  • Select from whom the emails will be sent "Send from"
  • Click "Done"
  • Save pipeline settings
